Live Oak PTA is proud to host a Spring Breakfast Book Club. Students signed up to participate will read three books and attend all three book club meetings. Books will be selected by Rakestraw Books in Danville. Questions and discussions will be led by parent volunteers.

The cost for the book club is $30 per student for PTA members and $40 for non-PTA members, which includes three books and a simple breakfast.
The Breakfast Book Club will meet three times:
March 10th. 2026
April 21st 2026
May 19th 2026
Students must be dropped off at 7 am. Breakfast* will be from 7 am- 7:15 am and the book club discussion from 7:15 am - 7:45 am. At 7:45 am students will be sent to the blacktop to join their lines.
Late start first graders. Breakfast will be from 7.50 am - 8:05 am and the book club discussion from 8:05 am - 8:35 am. At 8:35 am students will be escorted to the front gate from where they will be taken to their classrooms.
This purchase is final and cannot be transferred to another student.
